How will you be refunded?

THREADVIBE LIVING will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 7 days of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.

THREADVIBE LIVING is not responsible for replacing the order in any case of size issue.

  1. If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 15 working days.
  2. We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities, or national holidays.
  3. Wrong product received
  4. Manufacturing Defect and Damage with proof of damaged product pictures
  5. Under 3. And 4. we will arrange for a reverse-pickup. The refund or replacement will only be processed upon receipt & verification of the complete product with packaging & accessories. The cost of any missing or damaged items (including the box) apart from those notified by you, will be debited from the advance payment done & the remaining payment will be refunded. If a replacement is demanded, then the cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product 
  6. A refund/replacement will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product or if physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product. 
  7. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, based on look & feel or minor differences in shades, colors or sound quality.
